The books Scholastic and Monastic Centuries were written by Abbott David Parry OSB to celebrate the centenary celebrations in 1965. The books are dedicated to all Old Augustinians and the Community at Ramsgate. The books trace the foundation of the Benedictine monks and their arrival in Ramsgate in 1861 and the school opening in 1865 . A 1996 supplement written by C. Bernard Waldron OSB is to be found at the end of the Monastic Century.
